We built ProtikManager because spreadsheets weren’t enough
For years, we ran a ISP the only way we knew how. Excel was our billing system. It held every subscriber, every due date, every overdue payment. And when someone didn’t pay, we would open Winbox and disconnect them manually, one at a time. It was messy, but it was how we kept things alive. Until it started breaking us.
ProtikManager came from that frustration. From late nights fixing what spreadsheets couldn’t hold anymore. Today, it’s used by ISP operators who know that same feeling. And we’re still here,still building it, still using it ourselves, still listening to every message that comes in.
